Dusty is currently the Cheif Operating Officer for Asia Pacific Brewery (Lanka) Limited, and he has over 15 years marketing & sales experience in diverse market sectors with leading multinational companies. He has held different marketing management positions in pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, FMCG, tobacco and beverage sectors. He was head of brand marketing at Ceylon Tobacco Company (Member of British American Tobacco Plc UK) before joining as head of marketing at Coca-Cola beverages SL Ltd.     

Dusty has over ten years of lecturing experience in CIM. He has produced a world prize winner (strategic marketing decisions) and many Sri Lanka prizes for Customer Communications, Marketing Planning & Marketing Research & Information.

Dusty is currently reading for his PhD at the University of Colombo Sri Lanka. He is the author of the popular career guidance column "Life after School" appearing in the Uth Mirror section of the Daily Mirror.

Presently the General Manager, Sales and Marketing of Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC (Caltex), the Sri Lanka arm of the us MNC Energy giant Bertram was previously the Director/Chief Executive Officer of Richard Pieris Distributors, the biggest large format Retailer (hypermarket operator) in Sri Lanka, operating under the Arpico brand name. He was previously the Sales & Marketing Director of the Ango-Dutch Multinational – Reckitt Benckiser behind such brands as Dettol, Airwick, Mortein, Veet & Disprin.He counts over 20 years experience locally and overseas in various positions of brand management, marketing management and general management with diverse industry exposure ranging from FMCG, Financial Services, Information Technology, Real Estate to Management Consultancy. He is also the recipient of an Achiever’s Award from the Postgraduate Institute of Management of the University of Sri Jayawardenapura, in recognition of achievements and contributions made to business, profession and society.

Bertram has 18 years lecturing experience in CIM/CIMA. He has been trained in the UK by both CIM & CIMA. He has also produced a World Prize Winner for Business Strategy in the final stage of CIMA.

Ravi is currently the CEO - Sales & Marketing for Maliban Biscuit Manufacturing Pvt Ltd and hei has over 15 years sales & marketing management experience. He worked for the FMCG giant Unilever and held many sales and marketing management positions. He was head of modern trade before joining as head of sales at Coca-Cola Beverages SL Ltd.      Ravi has over 10 years lecturing & corporate training experience and has produced excellent results for CIM in SL over the last few years. He is also lecturing for leading MBA programmes in Colombo.
