With over 50 years of cumulative experience in business & academia between them, the founder directors marshaled a team of like minded professionals & academics to transform young executives into professionals who can effectively contribute towards the achievement of their employers’ Corporate Goals whilst enhancing their personal competencies.

Another shared Vision of the founders is to bridge the attitudinal gap between the theoretical knowledge of young executives (especially University graduates) and the adaptability & mind set required to integrate into the organizational culture particularly in Multinational Companies
